Data we collect
- Account information — your name and email address, provided when you sign in with Apple or Google. Used to create and secure your account.
- Your bikes and components — the bikes, components, mileage, and maintenance records you add.
- Fitness / activity data — ride distances and mileage, entered manually or synced from a connected service.
- Insurance documents and policy details — if you use the insurance feature, you can upload your bike insurance policy as a PDF. The document is sent to an AI service to extract policy details (such as provider, coverage, premium, and dates), which you review and save. The uploaded file is processed only to extract these details and is not stored by us; only the extracted policy fields are saved to your account.
- Connected services (optional) — if you connect Strava or a Bosch eBike account, we retrieve ride mileage from those services to update component wear. You can disconnect them at any time.
- Purchase information — if you buy a subscription, the purchase is processed by Apple or Google and managed via RevenueCat. We receive subscription status, never your payment card details.
- Technical/diagnostic data — basic logs needed to operate and troubleshoot the service.
