Bike Gear Tracker — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Bike Gear Tracker mobile app ("the app", "we", "us"), operated by Alessandro Mautone. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

Bike Gear Tracker helps cyclists track bike components, manage maintenance, and receive replacement suggestions based on mileage — entered manually or synced from connected services such as Strava. It also lets you record a bike's insurance policy by uploading the policy document, from which the app extracts details using AI for you to review. Some features require an account; some require a one-time premium purchase.

Eligibility

The app is intended for users aged 13 and over. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You may delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account, or by emailing us. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

Premium (one-time purchase)

Bike Gear Tracker offers an optional one-time purchase that unlocks premium features. It is not a subscription — there is no recurring billing and nothing auto-renews.

• Title: Bike Gear Tracker Pro.
• Type: a single one-time purchase that grants permanent access to premium features on your account. You are charged once.
• Price: the current price is shown in the app before purchase and on the App Store / Google Play product page. Prices are charged in your local currency and may vary by region.
• Payment: payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Restoring: you can restore a previous purchase on a new device using the "Restore Purchases" option in the app.
• Refunds: purchases are handled by Apple or Google. Refunds, where available, are subject to the App Store or Google Play refund policies; we do not process payments directly.

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and managed via RevenueCat. We receive purchase status only — never your payment card details.
